Winter Camp focuses on six elements: connection, outdoors, light, movement, nourishment, and creativity.

Experts say these simple things can make a difference in how we feel in the winter — yet, they can feel harder to do alone when it’s colder and darker.

Join Winter Camp and give yourself:

  • Four Saturday sessions (live, virtual) with lovely instructors leading us in breathwork, dance, meditation, and more.

  • Reflective prompts twice a week

Winter can be hard in so many places, for so many reasons. The days are shorter, darker earlier. The air is cold. We tend to burrow ourselves inside. Experts often echo the same simple advice to help nurture ourselves in the winter: move, connect, get outside, seek light, eat well, and be creative. And yet those steps can feel much more difficult in the winter. Winter Camp was created to give you gentle nudges in those helpful directions, plus a community to connect and live virtual sessions to move and create. And all from your cozy home.
